bbdkk Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our platform. This is a binding agreement between you and bbdkk.

Please note: If we determine that a minor has used an account, all deposits and winnings in that account will be forfeited.

04 Account Verification

bbdkk carries out an account verification process to operate a safe and reliable platform. This process is essential to prevent fraud and protect the interests of all users.

4.1 Types of Verification

We may request the following types of documents:

  • Proof of Identity: National ID card (NID), passport or driving licence.
  • Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement or government-issued document.

4.2 Verification Timeframe

5.3 Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to conduct an investigation in cases of suspicious transactions. Withdrawals from the relevant account may be temporarily suspended during the investigation.

Remember: Minimum deposit ৳300 and minimum withdrawal ৳800. Withdrawal time 5–30 minutes.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

  • A wagering requirement of 15 times (15x) the total bonus amount must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.
  • The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
  • The wagering requirement must be completed within the specified time limit for claiming the bonus.
  • Different contribution rates toward the wagering requirement may apply depending on the game played.

6.2 Ongoing Promotions

bbdkk regularly offers various promotional offers. Each promotion has its own specific terms and conditions as stated in the promotion details.

6.3 VIP Program

The bbdkk VIP program has three tiers:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Moving up to a higher tier depends on your gaming activity and overall participation on the platform.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

If bbdkk finds evidence of bonus system abuse, attempts to withdraw bonuses risk-free through betting patterns, or other dishonest activity, bbdkk reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and close the account.

07 Gaming Rules

7.1 Fair Play

bbdkk is committed to ensuring fair play. All games on our platform are developed by certified game providers and run on Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This ensures that the outcome of every game is completely random and unbiased.

7.2 Technical Issues

In the event of a technical error or disconnection during gaming, bbdkk will take reasonable steps to address the situation. However, bbdkk is not responsible for issues caused by loss of internet connection.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bbdkk and if proven will result in immediate account closure:

  • Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
  • Using software, bots, crawlers or any other automated methods.
  • Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
  • Harassment or abusive behaviour toward other users.
  • Chargeback fraud or payment deception.
Warning: If prohibited activity is proven, all balances in the relevant account may be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 bbdkk's Rights

bbdkk reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
  • Evidence of fraud or suspicious activity.
  • Failure to complete account verification or providing false information.
  • Meeting regulatory or legal requirements.
  • Preventing financial risk or liability.

9.2 User Rights

You can request to close your account at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed, unless the account is being closed due to fraud.

10 Limitation of Liability

bbdkk accepts no liability in the following cases:

  • Loss caused by technical issues, server downtime, or internet connection disruptions.
  • Loss caused by the user's own negligence or failure to follow security guidelines.
  • Technical issues caused by third-party game providers.
  • Financial losses not directly related to our services.
  • Unforeseen events (Force Majeure) such as natural disasters, war, or government restrictions.

In any circumstance, bbdkk's maximum liability is limited to the relevant user's active account balance.

11 Intellectual Property

If you continue to use the platform after any changes, you will be considered to have agreed to the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please request to close your account.

Minor changes (spelling corrections, clarifications) may take effect without prior notice.
